Warranty Information
Our work is warranted for 15 months or 15,000 miles
Our warranty is simple: If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. We never lose sight of the fact that a satisfied customer is our best advertisement. Further, we sincerely feel that it is an honor to provide you with the finest quality workmanship and parts available. Your satisfaction with our service is a matter of personal and professional pride!
If you have a problem.
- Call and let us know the symptoms your car is experiencing.
- If possible, bring your vehicle by while the problem is occurring.
- You don't need to bring your work order with you, we have it on file.
We will
- Inspect your vehicle and road test it with you if needed.
- Deliver you back to home or work.
- Analyze the cause of the problem.
- Call you to keep you informed.
- Repair the problem and get you back on the road again!
Terms
Greg's Japanese Auto Parts and Service will warranty all repairs for 15 months or 15,000 miles (commencing on the date of the customer's original invoice) against defective parts and workmanship, provided the vehicle has been properly driven and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule. This warranty excludes used parts, or parts not purchased from Greg's Japanese Auto Parts and Service. Greg's Japanese Auto Parts and Service will warranty only the defective parts or labor and is not liable for incidental damages beyond the defective parts or labor. Used parts are warranted for 90 days, parts only.
Warranty is non-transferable.

Dr. Forrest Hillyard, clinical automotive psychologist and manager of the Puyallup store and co-host ASE certified technician and service manager at Greg’s Federal Way store, Chris Carlson will be standing by to take your calls and e-mails every Saturday morning. You can qualify for the Reward Card when you spend $400.00 or more on any maintenance service or repair visit. Points may then be redeemed during your next service and/or repair visit, at which time you will be accumulating more points from that visit to use on your next! The Greg's Reward Card is a great way to save for emergency repairs, or when your children are home from college and their car is in desperate need of attention. Any way you look at it, it's a great way to save some cash each time you bring your car into Greg's Japanese Auto.
Maximum Points per visit: 800 Points. Not to be combined with any other special offer or discount coupon. Points accumulated at the time of service are redeemable during your next visit. Points are based on the sub-total amount of the invoice. |
