Greg says, “ with the developers threatening to close the Denny store we thought that it
was wise to open a second location because of this eventuality. Then we fell in love
with the I-5 Seattle store, because of its direct exposure to I-5 and Stewart street, as
well as it’s 10,000 square foot store size. It has definitely given us a much larger presence
in the Seattle area.”
The building was built in 1929 and it was originally used for Stewart Brother’s Coffee. Throughout the years the building was used for various different companies, so when Greg’s Japanese Auto acquired the building in 2002 it needed a major remodel. “It was one of our most ambitious remodel projects. It was quite a challenge to blend the modern and technical, while still trying to keep some of the historical feeling of the building. A three tone paint job and extensive use of neon were chosen, I really like the way it turned out” said Greg again.

| Ken Harmon is our I-5 store manager and an expert at on-line estimates. He’s been with us since 2002. He loves his work, but would rather be fishing. |
Larry Brewster has been with us since 2004. He is the store manager and runs a tight ship. Larry is highly respected by all who know him.

| Randy Pipkin is an experienced technician that’s a master at finding out what’s wrong with your Japanese car. Randy has been with Greg’s since 2002. He’s a pleasure to work with and very productive. |
Frank Purbaugh is another brilliant master technician who is emissions certified. Frank is very talented at going right to the problem and has been with us since 2007. However, he first worked with Greg’s in the early 1990’s. |
| Louis Bancaco has been with us since 2005, and is an ASE tuned-in tech. Louis has a talent for figuring out what's wrong in a hurry and is a pleasure to work with. He's also emissions certified. |
