We had our grand opening of the Puyallup store in July 2004 on the corner of 128th and Meridian. With a weeklong celebration with different radio stations here every day for a week we jumped started the store. Many old friends and customers traveled to participate in our grand opening celebration. The Puyallup store and its great customers have led the way in our donations drives benefiting "Toys for Tots" and "Northwest Harvest." Our Puyallup location has convenient Saturday hours!

Recently had a car seviced/repaired by Gregs (Puyallup) for the first time. Excellent work and communication. Was more costly than I anticipated but it turns out my car needed more than I thought. Communication was honest and complete (imagine that!), and a complete estimate was presented before work began. Actual cost was a little less than estimated, they didn't need to replace a few parts that they thought would need replacing. They were honest enough NOT to do the unnecessay, even though I had already approved it if needed! Got to love an honest mechanic! There's not NEARLY enough of those around! Even though my cost was high, I know it was significantly cheaper than going to the dealerhip. The tech even stayed late until 8 PM to make sure my car was ready for a planned road trip.The day after work was completed I took a 2200 mile road trip and my 112,000 mile Forester ran and handled like a new car, not a hiccup. I'm very pleased and would recommend Gregs Puyallup to any Japanese car owner. Thanks guys!
