I had been to Greg's before a few times. I have always been impressed with their service. This last time was even better. I took my car into them with a previous quote on what may be a problem. Brian called me back and informed me the problem was not what I had thought but there were some problems with things covered by a 'Recall' or 'Campaign' for my year of Honda Civic. He told me everything about each 'campaign/recall' and advised me to call the dealer. After the initial discussion with the dealer, I was informed my vehicle didn't qualify based on the VIN #. I talked to Brian again and he suggested going to Honda of America and discussing it with them. They told me the same thing, not covered but should have the dealer check it out. I had the car towed to the dealer and with Brian's push for me to get it fixed by the dealer, Honda agreed to the fix with me paying only a $50.00 deductible. Greg's did not charge me a penny for their investigation of what was really wrong. I feel good about this. I thought, Greg's could have layed me out with a big investment to get it fixed but their honesty and no charge for their analysis saved me a bunch. I would refer them to anyone. I will be going back.
