Greg’s Federal Way store opened in 1995. Our third store, Federal Way has nearly 7000 square feet, 10 lifts and 14 bays. While Federal way is not the smallest or largest of Greg’s stores, it has held the record for best customer service score two years in a row out of all 8 of our stores. | Brian Jurgensen is our store manager and is also an ASE certified service advisor. He has been with Greg’s since 1995. Brian has been with Greg’s longer than any of our customer service representatives. He knows his stuff. If you see a Harley parked out front, it’s his! |

Chris Carlson is not only an ASE certified technician, he is also the store’s service manager. Chris is co-host of our Greg’s Japanese Auto Show every Saturday at 8am on KVI 570 talk radio. Listen and get your car questions answered by Chris every Saturday morning. Chris has been with us since 2002. |
| Eric Youmans is our lead ASE certified technician at the Federal way store and has been with Greg’s since 2000. Our customers claim he has a “heart of gold.” He loves motocross racing. |
| John Peck is a fine ASE certified technician with a long history of keeping our customers happy and has been with Greg’s since 2005. He is known for being very meticulous. John spends most of his summer camping. |
| Justin Feller has been with Greg’s since 2005. With and an eye and ear for finding out what’s wrong quickly. He plans on being with Greg’s for a long time. |
